How are your products made?
The majority of our product graphics are hand-made silk screening or embroidering and are finished with local resources in the USA. The majority of our products are made in the USA. When possible, we use 100% recycled t-shirts. (Check out the product title/description to see if you are ordering a t-shirt that is made from 100% recycled materials. Sustainability is very important to us.)
We recommend machine washing our garments in cold water on a low tumble setting. While it won’t ruin our apparel, we do not recommend machine drying our garments as it is a harsh method and shortens the life of any garment.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.
How long does it take to receive my products?
Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 3-7 business days, from the day your order is fulfilled and shipped. Your tracking number will be activated once it is dropped off or picked up by USPS. If you do not receive your tracking number, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
What is your return policy?
Steel City Clothing Company’s goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction. In general, unworn/unwashed apparel and unused accessories can be returned for either a full refund, or we can issue store credit in the form of an e-gift card for the amount of your order within 5 days of delivery. Currently we do accept exchanges, because everything we carry is made in limited exclusive amounts, your size may be sold out. Typically there’s only 50 or less made per design and once it sells out, it isn’t usually restocked. Please contact us before you send your item(s) back. We are happy to help and answer any questions you may have!
